Terms and conditions
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name], [registered address] ("we" or "us"), for the use of the IndhanPro website and apps. By creating an account or using IndhanPro, you accept them. If you accept for a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.
1. The service
IndhanPro records and reports the running of a fuel station: meter readings, sales, the daily sales report, collections, credit, stock, expenses, staff and attendance. It helps you keep your books; it does not replace your statutory records, audits or the advice of your accountant. You remain responsible for what is entered and for your tax and legal filings.
2. Accounts and logins
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract.
- The owner of a pump account is responsible for the logins they create, the role each one has, and what is done with them.
- Keep passwords secret. Tell us at once at [contact email] if you think a login has been used without permission.
3. Trial, plans and payment
- A new pump account starts with a free trial for the period shown when you sign up. No payment is taken during the trial.
- Plans, their limits and their prices are as shown on our pricing page and in Billing. Prices include GST at 18%.
- Monthly plans are paid by e-mandate (UPI Autopay, card or netbanking) and renew every month until cancelled. To cancel, write to us at [contact email], or cancel the mandate from your bank or UPI app. Your plan stays active until the end of the month already paid.
- Yearly plans are a single payment for twelve months and do not renew on their own.
- Refunds: [your refund policy, for example for a yearly plan cancelled early].
- When you change plan, Billing shows what you will pay and when, before you confirm.
- If a plan ends or a payment fails, entering new records pauses until it is paid. Your existing records stay readable; nothing is deleted because a payment is late.
- We may change prices with [30] days' notice. A new price applies from your next billing period.
4. Your data
The records you enter belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide IndhanPro to you. You confirm that you have a lawful reason to record the information you enter about your staff and customers. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use IndhanPro for anything unlawful;
- try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or to test or get around our security;
- copy, resell or take apart the software, or use it to build a competing product;
- send automated traffic that overloads the service.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep IndhanPro available and your records safe, with daily backups. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a fault at a provider we rely on. We may improve or change features; if a change removes something you rely on, we will tell account owners in advance.
7. Our responsibility to you
IndhanPro is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Suspension and ending
You can stop using IndhanPro at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is not paid, after telling the owner. When an account ends, the owner can ask us for a copy of its records within [30] days.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [city] have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
10. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we will update the date at the top and tell account owners of significant changes before they take effect. Using IndhanPro after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
